Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EatSavvy mobile application (the "App") operated by Phanero OÜ ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

What EatSavvy Provides

EatSavvy helps you discover restaurant dishes that may match your dietary preferences. We use a combination of menu data, ingredient analysis, and diet-specific scoring logic to surface dish recommendations, each labeled with a confidence level (verified, likely, or uncertain).

Important limitation. EatSavvy surfaces plausible, diet-compatible meal options — but does not promise that any result is guaranteed safe, certified, or suitable without your own judgment. You are responsible for verifying ingredients directly with restaurants, especially if you have allergies, celiac disease, or other medical conditions where accuracy is critical.

Subscriptions

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple, and:

• Renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Can be cancelled at any time through your Google Play or Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Include a free trial period where offered. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Refunds are governed by the refund policies of Google Play and Apple.

Your Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems that are not your own.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the App or its underlying data.
• Misuse the App in a way that interferes with other users or our infrastructure.

Content and Data Accuracy

Restaurant menus and dish information change frequently. We work to keep data current, but we do not guarantee that any information in the App is complete, accurate, or up to date. Always confirm critical dietary information directly with the restaurant.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, scoring logic, and brand elements are the property of Phanero OÜ. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phanero OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from dietary decisions made based on App content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, except where local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
